DGFT Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
A DGFT Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is a mandatory requirement for accessing and transacting on the DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade) portal. It is used for filing applications, renewals, and returns related to Import–Export operations in India.
DGFT DSC is required for activities such as:

This certificate is specifically issued to EXIM organizations holding a valid Import Export Code (IEC). Possession of an active IEC issued by the DGFT department is compulsory to obtain a DGFT Digital Signature Certificate.
